Achonry Youth Day – Welcome to the Table.

Welcome to the Table

This is a day of celebration for young people (18-30) in the diocese of Achonry. It will be a time to celebrate faith and life with other young people in a welcoming and joyful atmosphere. There will be an opportunity to hear how one sports star – Andy Moran – combines sport, work and faith. You will have time to respond to what he has to say. There will be a Mass, celebrated by Bishop Paul Dempsey. This will be followed by a barbecue and live musical entertainment.

This will all happen at St Nathy’s College, Ballaghaderreen, F45 V122, on July 17^th beginning at 5.00 pm. Please register on Eventbrite by scanning the QR code  – see our parish newsletter for this.

This is the timetable for the day – 4.30 p.m. Arrival. 5.00 p.m.Word of Welcome by Bishop Paul Dempsey

5.15 p.m.  A Life of Sport, Work and Faith – Andy Moran  5.45 p.m. Time to interact and respond

7.00 p.m. Mass with Bishop Paul Dempsey 8.00 p.m. BBQ and live entertainment with the Chafftones

There will be ample parking spaces at the College on the day.
